Battling Obesity?

One-on-one personal training is available with Wayne for individuals who are struggling with obesity. You can be confident you will be met with a fun, friendly environment with all different sizes, and most importantly, a trainer who will help you feel good just for showing up. Don't fight this battle alone. One-on-one training is available during the Tuesday night and Saturday morning Boot Camps.

Fuelled by Friendship

Working out alongside a friend who offers emotional support has shown to improve success. Bring someone along for support who will help motivate and encourage you during non-workout days.
